What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Returns on all holiday gifts can be made until Jan 6th. Please contact us via e-mail at for a RA (return authorization).

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is based on the weight of your purchase and is calculated during the checkout process. Tax is charged on products shipped to customers in IL.�Ground shipping starts at $10.95.� We ship anything from Ground to Overnight. We offer Free Shipping on Orders over $150 shipped within the Continental U.S.�

Do you offer buy online, pick up in store?

Ship it or pick it up? It's your choice! While all items shown online are available for shipment,�any item may�also be purchased online for pickup at our store. Simply�select the local pick up in our�store option upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, France, Germany, United Kingdom and South Africa.� Please email us at if your destination is not listed. We ship overnight internationally only with a money order or certified check.

Can you gift-box my order?

How do I know if online ordering is secure?

Our store has on-site tailoring for your Mr Shop purchases. Fees for this service are determined after the item has been fitted, based on the complexity of your request. Select services are free on full-priced merchandise as indicated within each respective�product online.
